Last week Surfdock Teamriders Keith Gorman, Peter Kosinski and Brendan Meaney travelled to Paris to take part in one of the last SUP races of the season – the SUP Nautic Paris Crossing on the 9th December.
For the third consecutive year, paddlers took on a 12km race course on the Seine, one of the rare occasions that stand up paddling is permitted on the river.
In temperatures close to freezing, 200 competitors started the race alongside watersports icons such as Robbie Naish and Antoine Albeau. The winner of the race was Eric Terrien, followed by Gaetan Sene.

All three Surfdock riders competed in the Pro-Elite race class and finished well within the first third of the pack, with Peter coming in 40th, Keith in 48th place and Brendan in 64th place. Congratulations guys!
