We’ve got some great SUP activities planned for you this Spring!
Our SUP school is open after the winter break, you can sign up now for beginners and intermediate classes in the Grand Canal Dock and Dublin Bay.
But it’s not just lessons we offer…
On the 19th March we are kicking off the Paddle in the Dock with Surfdock Team Riders. If you have your own equipment, join us for free for an hour long social paddle, get advice from experienced paddleboarders and meet other paddlers. Equipment rental is available for €10/hour. Once the weather gets milder and the days longer, we will also organise SUP trips outside the Dock.
Paddle in the Dock is a great preparation for our 2nd Surfdock Spring Race Series starting on the 10th April. We will have three race dates with races for elite racers and fun races for those who are new to the sport or new to racing. The race distance for the fun classes will be considerably shorter than the elite class and is a great introduction to the competitive side of stand up paddleboarding.
If you want to keep up your paddle fitness or are looking for an alternative to your gym sessions, we will run an SUP Fitness Course on Wednesday evenings for six weeks starting on the 1st May. Improve your core strength and balance and increase your fitness levels with a mix of cardiovascular exercises and SUP.
To make a booking or enquire about any of our activities call us on 01-6683945 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
All our activities (except for open water and wave classes) take place in the Grand Canal Dock and are easily accessible by public transport or car. We have shower / changing facilities on site and there is ample free parking for customers.
